Future Trunks - Reminiscence of a Dark Past

As it turned out, yesterday and today were completely free days, so what better way to spend them than doing what I love most!

I had originally planned to draw this piece on paper, but seeing as there would have to be A LOT of black ink, I didn't even attempt it because I know I'll screw it up and waste my marker on nothing. Also, since there are quite a few shading cells other than black, there's simply no way to emulate them all with wooden pencil and crayon alone (which are the only drawing tools I have).
Besides, I hadn't opened MS Paint for the whole summer and I was afraid I'd lost my touch with it. I was quite relieved to find out otherwise as it took me a full day yesterday to complete the lineart skeleton, and most of today to color it. Probably the fastest (next gen) MS Paint piece I've done to date; granted, it's only medium res, but still. That means that after I totally neglect it starting October, I won't completely forget it when (if) I decide to take it up again after a long time has passed. (concerning the Reanimation project)

Hopefully I'll have time do more of these.
Also, if anyone's interested, the reference was taken from 2007 DBZ calendar.

Personal observation: I don't think there's any other male anime character with this much of pink and purple shades, but still able to look totally badass! Just saying
